If you have an Issue with your order please email us support@thevillainsvault.com within 24 hours of receiving item(s). If your return is approved with resolution you must have it shipped for return within  3 days of receiving it, in the condition it was sent. This will be case by case basis and there are no guarantees. These collectibles are pictured in the exact condition they are in.  We put in a lot of time to make sure they are packaged correctly so it arrives safely without damage.
